I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding experience I continue to receive at First National Bank of Omaha’s N. 90th Street location. The staff consistently maintains a positive and professional attitude and has always been willing to assist me with any issues or questions involving my multiple accounts. What stands out most is the welcoming environment created by the entire team. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I continue to receive from this branch.
Recently had a breach in my security when I ordered a replacement phone from Apple. FNBO closed my debit card without any notice. When I finally realized I had an issue with my card and the locations near me stated their card machine was down I requested they unblock the card so I could make a transfer. 3 days after they unblocked it they proceeded to allow those previously denied transactions to post on my account.
