We’ve been banking at this location for 3 years now and have always had a good experience! A couple weeks ago they went above and beyond! We were there for about an hour our kiddos were in the kids area and before we left they offered the kiddos ice cream! Definitely didn’t have to do it but it made my kiddos day! Went to this location to deposit a check that I needed to sign over. They would not take signed over or endorsed checks here ! We even spoke with a lady mananger but did not get her name and she said they do not do this here. Wierd chz everywhere First National bank has no problems cashing our checks. Someone needs to re train or properly teach their employees how to actually work with checks since it is their jobs ! We are ready to take all ouy money elsewhere and will have no problems doing so ! I came to the bank with my partner as he is looking to open two accounts, personal and business. The bank associate was courteous in the beginning. Once he found out my partner had no SS# the tone changed. He offered no solutions and since we didn’t have the paper proving my partners ITIN we were not able to proceed. I understand policy, but I also appreciate respect and understanding. There was no reassurance that the account could be opened once the paper was secured.
