They never answer the phone when you call. No matter day or time
I usually love this location and is my go-to location for any services even if I have to go out of my way. I have called now 6 times today and I understand at times it gets busy but to be placed on hold for each time with no care to eventually get an automated voicemail in which I can't even leave a voicemail is frustrating. I will keep my large amounts of money elsewhere.
Trying to talk with a human??? Seems to be impossible
I would like to correct a misunderstanding on my part with this bank. I have two small loans with this bank which I use an app to repay. Unfortunately because it appears my right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing, I ended up accusing this Bank of inappropriate charges to my account. They did EVERYTHING correctly ! This mistake is completely my fault. What bothers me is this staff having to involve the technical team and other resources to just confirm my mistake. Questionable ethical standards here. I got a loan through this bank for purchasing items on an online store. Initially starting to work with this bank, I had no issues. Unfortunately, a few months into my loan this bank just started debiting my account unbeknownst to me. Needles to say their debit caused considerable issues for us at OUR expense.
