Questionable ethical standards here. I got a loan through this bank for purchasing items on an online store. Initially starting to work with this bank, I had no issues. Unfortunately, a few months into my loan this bank just started debiting my account unbeknownst to me. Needles to say their debit caused considerable issues for us at OUR expense. I would like to give a huge shout out to banker, Daric Heard. My son visited the branch recently and was having a mental health episode in which Daric went above and beyond to ensure he got the help he needed and was genuinely concerned for him without judgement. If it wasn’t for Daric taking time to talk to him, I do not not know where my son would have been that day. I wish there were more people like Daric out there . Customer service is sub-par, couldn’t help me something every other location normally helps with. Went to the closest location and was able to get what I needed help with completed.
