Recently had a breach in my security when I ordered a replacement phone from Apple. FNBO closed my debit card without any notice. When I finally realized I had an issue with my card and the locations near me stated their card machine was down I requested they unblock the card so I could make a transfer. 3 days after they unblocked it they proceeded to allow those previously denied transactions to post on my account. They really are very good at what they do and are polite and respectful to everyone who comes into the branch.
Their atm failed and took weeks to get money back and would have been a month if I would’ve spent hours on phone.
