From the moment I walked into the bank I knew I had chosen wisely and finding an institution to handle my money. I felt welcomed the place was clean neat and everyone had a smile on their face. The young man that helped me was not only knowledgeable but listen to me and answer every question without batting and eye. Every visit sense has been as pleasant as the first time I walked in.
The same great customer service and inviting location as I came to expect of FNBO branches.
We’ve been banking at this location for 3 years now and have always had a good experience! A couple weeks ago they went above and beyond! We were there for about an hour our kiddos were in the kids area and before we left they offered the kiddos ice cream! Definitely didn’t have to do it but it made my kiddos day! We went there again today and they staff was friendly and interactive with the kiddos which really just brightens my day as a parent! Went to this location to deposit a check that I needed to sign over. They would not take signed over or endorsed checks here ! We even spoke with a lady mananger but did not get her name and she said they do not do this here. Wierd chz everywhere First National bank has no problems cashing our checks. Someone needs to re train or properly teach their employees how to actually work with checks since it is their jobs ! We are ready to take all ouy money elsewhere and will have no problems doing so !
