I drove across town to get to this branch on Sunday (7/13/2025) afternoon. I called the bank to let them know what I needed (a new debit card) and that my ETA was 2pm. I was at their counter at exactly 2pm. And they absolutely refused to do anything for me. Nope ..we already shut that machine down. Well then apparently you shut it down before 2pm.
