I put thousands of dollars though this bank a month and still can't get a line of credit what happened to there slogan small town bank will help anyone bs they just want your money I will be looking for a different bank
My friend has been waiting for his card for 5 1/2 weeks. Customer service literally told him it take 7 weeks for them to send a card….literally any other bank is better. No way this is a legit business. They did not care that he cannot pay rent, car bills, or get groceries. Horrible customer service.
