Edit:: i was so unhappy and about to change banks until Igot ahold of Mr. D***el Titsworth in Choctaw. He took such good care of me and is the sole reason I decided to stay with FNB community. I hope yall know what a valuable asset to yall that he is! I have several accounts with them. Constantly locking my debit card for "fraud alert" over a $5 dollar auto pay I have set up or a Walmart purchase or at McDonald's. So frustrating and when call they say it's fixed so I go online to make the payment manually and again declined.... read more

I am a member of this bank since 1992 to present . Never received anything from them or a loan nothing . I live in Bossier City la. My retired check goes their month for also 30 years not a phone no promotion items nothing why should stay a member they don’t even call . Or Christmas card . Here at Barksdale Afb bank reward program loans Christmas card a thank u letter someone in your need to call me and tell why I need to stay with bank .
Most inconvenient bank I have ever been to. Online it says the lobby hours are until 6:00pm, I pull up at 5:30 really needing to cash a check. The most inconvenient part is unless you have an account here you have to go inside to cash a check that is from their bank! So the drive through is open but I have to go inside. Change your hours on your website to match your actual hours
