Where do I start? We have (had) been FNB customers since 2007. Wonderful people back then, accommodating, friendly, helpful - really were good to their customers. This was the case until about 2024 when all of the employees who'd been there a long time either left or died. Brandon the new branch manager is - to put it frankly - an egotistical jerk. Told me to go bank somewhere else after asking if I could come in for a 2 minute notary service a little after 4:30 (they close their doors at 4:30, drive up closes at 5). This ty... read more
I give them zero Stars because you have to be a customer with them to be able to use a notary service. I'm from out of state and I need a notary. Do not recommend dealing with these people in the future.
