It was a great bank until they changed to FNB. Now they mess everything up and don’t care to help you fix their mistake!
We have banked here for YEARS and since they changed to FNB the people that work there are AWFUL. 1 lady in particular, her name is Whittney. She has mucked up our transaction 4 times, I have complained 3 of those 4 times to the manager Pam, was told it was unacceptable and that they would handle it yet there she sits in the drive through window to mess up our transaction yet again.
