Always prompt and friendly service.
Extremely poor customer service. Long waits. Was bounced back and forth between two branches for opening an account. I have had bank accounts in 6 different banks in past 10 years and never witnessed such poor customer service and horrible in-branch banking experience.
If you are new to the area and thinking of using FNB, check with some local residents and real estate offices, and google the reviews on the main office on Mill Street.
