Oh Brother! Made too many mistakes with my funds. Once had a problem with deposit. When I called to have it corrected I was told that they were sorry the gal just made an error, but there was nothing they could do. Also had a loan with them. Interest rates sky high!!!
coudnt answer questions I recently called and inquired about some CD's. I was put on hold and transferred all around the office. In the end, no one there could answer my question, I was on hold for a few min, and then got disconnected. I didn't bother to call back; I figured they didnt want my business
