Wonderful people in the branch, terrible policy. Making me call to be able to order something online, and then STILL having the purchase declined is unacceptable. Whoever does their internet banking policy and procedures needs fired, it cost yall 6 figures…. And nobody cares.
i applied for a job almost 2 months ago. they told me they’d get back with me that week about a drug test. still hasn’t contacted me. if you’re looking for a job, don’t even bother with this bank.
