when a family member passed away there was very clear instructions by the the deceased on how everything was supposed to be handled. However Mike Morgan has been extremely unresponsive and being the VP of wealth management you think he would be helpful. I was wrongly charged twice through Venmo and the bank took the money I put in for a second time for nsf fees causing my account to continually go negative for charges I had already paid for twice over. I am not a fan and the lady on the phone was being rude and making comments about what my transactions were for and that isn’t a tellers business nor should judgement be being passed I had the money in the account and no good reason to speak to me this way, and refuse to reverse nsf fees for charges already paid for
