Just not pleased with how they handle my account at Christmas time. Once again, I am faced with a " locked" credit card. It's the only card I own and now I can't shop online. It's just not right for a customer who also has a hefty savings. UNBLOCK MY CREDIT CARD ASAP. Thank you.
Without doubt, our experience with FNB is the worst we have had with a bank (and I am 60 years old). We had a contruction loan and now a mortage and HELOC with FNB. Initially, we were pleased with the service and rates offered. But at this point it is clear that the the bank practices some of the worst Gotcha Capitalism around.
