i had such a amazing experience at fm formals! i went to find my prom dress and found the perfect one in less than a hour with the help of the staff! everyone was so sweet and extremely attentive. i couldn’t recommend this place more!
They have a good selection however customer service was not the greatest. Very rushed and bothered ..they didn't seem like they were there to help. We visited on a Monday afternoon.

The store was clean and organized with a good selection of dresses. The ladies that worked there are very nice.
