Faramarz and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Super smart, competent and helpful. Buying a new house is an overwhelming process, and particularly complex in our case since we have another property that needs to be sold but would have been at a big disadvantage if we had needed to make the offer contingent on the sale of our condo.
