I had wrist surgery that resulted in an additional shoulder mobility issue. Francesca was great, spoke in detail about how she was going to help and gave some fabulous exercises that have made a difference. Visiting was a great positive experience, Ive definitely have gained a newfound mobility that had been lost for a long time.
Been having shoulder pain when lifting weights for the last month or so. Booked in with Frankie for some work and came out of it feeling like I had a brand new shoulder! Also been having some issues with lower back pain too, which she helped with. Great service overall and has given me some advice for future to prevent issues again. Francesca was recommended by a customer while I was at the hairdressers so I was uncertain what to expect. I’d had lower back pain, left thigh and knee pain for 18mths. Coming to Francesca has really been the solution to a lot of my issues, i've been to numerous physios and chiropractors but really not had much relief, she found the cause of my sciatica pain and 5 sessions in i'm sleeping without pain and we are now slowly building up my exercise routine together, nerve pain is really the worst pain ever so I highly recommend her for any kind of issues you are having, she's kind and very knowledgable also likes to make you feel comfortable.
Im an active cyclist and runner, Frankie has been helping me with a few issues, neck pain, rotator cuff pain, shoulder impingement and lower back pain to name a few! I would never go to anyone else now no matter the issue she figures out where the issue is coming from and does proper treatment on the issues, none of this lazy work, she works hard and you can tell she genuinely cares. top notch service!
