This is a fantastic therapy group for children. They have a very welcoming environment and even if there is an issue, the owner will call you and she is solution oriented. It has been a pleasure to work with them for the past year. I cannot say enough good things about our therapist, Christine Zacherl. She is compassionate, understand and amazing with children. Overall, I have had a five star experience.
Not the best regional center vendor, the therapist was sick and they never replaced the hours that my daughter should have with one, four months later they start to call and text asking to sign paperwork from October. Not the most organized, attentive therapy experience we had.
FMRC have been nothing but great for the two years we received services from their group. Christine, Paula, Ivan and Patricia were all wonderful and each brought a unique approach and were a tremendous help. Everyone was always warm, patient, responsive and attentive. My daughter started occupational therapy for her fine motor delays at 19 months. Christine was my daughter's OT. She was super sweet to my daughter and made therapy sessions fun for her. My daughter looked forward to seeing her every week. What I liked about Christine's sessions is that she was attentive and engaging with my daughter. She used play-based techniques to improve my daughter's hand strength and coordination.
