We cannot say enough wonderful things about F & M Upholstery and Frank’s incredible craftsmanship. Frank completely transformed our Thomasville mahogany dining chairs — not only reupholstering them beautifully, but truly restoring them back to life. He replaced the cushions, stabilized the entire structure, repaired broken woodwork, polished every chair, and even took the time to show us the meticulous detail of the tiny micro screws and precision work involved. Gentleman was extremely mean and yelled at me on the phone without even seeing what I wanted repaired. Also preceded to yell that my seat was too old and nasty to work on without even seeing it. Would not recommend.
Had an exceptional experience with this vendor. He replaced 20 year old window treatments in my dental office. Frank was awesome, from his help selecting product to delivery and installation, everything was perfect. He is meticulous about his work and left my office completely spotless. I can confidently recommend his services and wish I could give him a 6th star.
Incredible all around. We had seat covers reupholstered. The craftsmanship is excellent, great attention to small details I’d have never thought of myself, and the entire process start to finish was thoughtful and professional, with the end result being better than I’d hope or expected.
