The ladies here were so nice when I came in to cash my paycheck the first time that I decided to open an account! They are all so personable, and very professional. I feel almost like a family member!

If I could give this bank a lower rating I would. Between the app hardly ever working and trying to close an account because you move out of state only for it not to be closed and incur hundreds in over draft fees when you gave someone at the branch your physical debit card. It's the worst bank I've ever banked with.
