This bank has archaic computer systems, staff that don’t understand banking operations and a setup that provides minimal privacy when conducting banking with a teller. Standing around a counter with hardly and distance from the next set of “pods” is ludicrous. I could see the teller screens from the customer next to me and clearly see their balance and information. Hands down the highest customer service in the business! Personally as well as with our multiple businesses, we have accounts at three banks. None compare to the customer service at F&M Trust! Unfortunately, their rates are easily beaten by the competition; otherwise, we'd have all our eggs in one basket.

Edited to add one star back. This is the result of the actual branch manager calling me back a few moments after I left a voicemail about the experience I had. She was COMPLETELY professional and actually had intended to go above and beyond the call of duty (by stopping by my office for me to sign the paperwork -- the paperwork that branch staff could not find -- I wish they had called Anne!). Courteous staff but ATM often doesn’t work. Wasted a lot of time here.
