Literally the best bank manager in the county
They have started a new app on checking acc on line and seems like they can't get mine working to check my listings of what's come into my account or what has went out! I am not the only person that is having a problem with this! The lady at the bank said they had been busy trying to help people get it straightened out! A lot of others are not happy with this on line banking that we can't get to work! Us older people are very upset!
I’ve been banking with this location through all of its different ownership since the 1980s and my family has been with this bank pretty much since it’s inception at White Bluff. And the people who work here are always helpful. And I’ve always had good service there.
They left us without access to a two weeks paycheck deposit for four days as they took off the Friday after Thanksgiving and are closed the weekends. The online or automated service could not help us either! Their system asked about a purchase we tried to make via text and still cut off our cards, a major inconvenience!! Other services are very outdated as well, their ATM machine does not take cash deposits! Go somewhere else and save yourselves the hassle!
