Do not use this bank. The staff in the Urbana location are friendly, but as a company, they are a scam. They randomly decided to "Upgrade" my account. Meaning they were going to start charging a monthly service fee. Literally sent a letter saying, "Congratulations! We're upgrading your account! I specifically chose this account to spend out of daily. When I reached out and complained about it, I was called by a rep and told they would fix my account.
