I was looking to open a new account and I called and spoke to Amber. She was amazing. She was so kind and understanding and so patient with me and all my questions. She is the reason we went and opened an account today at this location. Noelia is the one who helped open the account and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind hearted and knowledgeable. They both made our stressful situation just a little better with how amazing they treated us.
Great bank. I've banked there for about 30 years.
An employee next to the one that was helping us was very loud, rude, even managed to say a social security number of the person she was on the phone with (very loudly) which was someone that held an account with them. Very unprofessional. But the woman that was helping me did a great job!
Not helpful and biased off approach.
Ever since this new Lawrence banking, transfers won’t work, fraud alerts on accounts nobody contacts you. You are not able to view your instant amount in account, cannot transfer same day, now their are timeframes to move your own money. It’s ridiculous.. you guys have caused people money issues and it’s ridiculous. Late payments bc fm bank sites, app, and services or what have you won’t connect. I trusted this bank but I work hard for my money and fighting to get it back without a 3 to 7day wait is ridiculous
