Terrible Bank! Immediately had problems with service fees! Was warned of some of the service fees and how to avoid them. Chose this bank despite that because of location; did not have a lot of options. Now I regret this. Set up electronic statements but had to do this twice?! Thought i was going to get charged but said i was not. Then was getting statements showing 2 $6 service charges. They tell me only 1 gets charged? Only 1 shows credited. I will always stay loyal to F&M but my experience today just solidified that. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful, really treating me just like family. Eva was great to work with as well!
