We have repeatedly contacted this bank to explain that we make frequent and sometimes large purchases, and that the constant fraud verifications on our card are unnecessary. Despite notifying them multiple times that no one else has access to our card and that these transactions are legitimate, they continue to flag purchases and require verification over and over again. Different people enforce different policies and then claim no one would ever do that when I know darn well there’s a history he could have looked at. No understanding whatsoever. Can’t even give a return phone call like he said he would. Looking forward to switching banks

The F&M mobile banking app really sucks!! This is the only banking app I have problems with longing into or changing a password. It should definitely be a lot simpler.
