Rudest customer service I ever experienced. All the times I’ve brought coins into the bank they have no issue counting/ depositing coins for me. Today I went in and deposited coins maybe $3 worth of pennies and the dude taking care of me had no problem doing it for me everytime I went to him or even today when I went in. Went to open a checking account. The first young lady I spoke with ,she was a racist. In my opinion she had a problem with my accent from the very start. During the process I asked to speak with the manager because I was highly uncomfortable with the young lady helping me. She stated I could wait in the chairs until the manager returned, which was 30 minutes. Sounds like Mr. Clay had a similar experience that I had. The employees are unprofessional and rude. They say things under their breath in a voice that’s loud enough for me to hear them and then they look at me like I’m crazy when I questioned what they just said. No manners! they’re uncouth! I would say they are cretins, But that would give them an excuse for acting the way they act. I love this bank! I moved several years ago from Bank of America and I never looked back! I have two business accounts and a personal account with this bank. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love how I can make deposits through the drive-through and still talk to somebody as if I were going inside. The branch manager is very sweet and very helpful. I love coming here because they always know who I am. It’s definitely that small town Bank feel, which is important in Galt!
