I love this bank! I moved several years ago from Bank of America and I never looked back! I have two business accounts and a personal account with this bank. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love how I can make deposits through the drive-through and still talk to somebody as if I were going inside. The branch manager is very sweet and very helpful. I love coming here because they always know who I am. It’s definitely that small town Bank feel, which is important in Galt!
The service at the F&M Bank on Twin Cities is fantastic! They are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.
I went here earlier today to deposit $100 into my account and the bank teller was nice until I tried using my card on a purchase in the afternoon and it said that my card was declined ?? Even though I just put money into the card which confused me even more. I also have a friend who experienced many problems with this bank.
I don’t know what all these bad reviews are talking about I make deposits almost daily and everyone I have ever had an interaction with or been given help, have been very friendly and professional.
This branch used to have good service. As of now, I have had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I will never go back to this branch. Go to the C street branch where they'll take care of you.
