Stoked to be a proud member of F&M. Always a polite greeting when opening the door. Andrew who had the pleasure of assisting me is quick, effective and professional. I normally don’t like sitting behind a glass at other banks and it feels great to know this bank has strong cores and values. The lady who sits near the entrance also very helpful. Overall great location with a fast in and out with no lines.
Connie is the best, along with her entire team, including the loan & mortgage team, they are incredible in every regard. I like the personalization of customer care, professionalism, and being solution driven. They are knowledgeable and respectful too. Over the years, I feel grateful to be a part of the F&M Bank Community.
Andrew is great, professional, and friendly. He did not mind helping and explaining things to me. I am an older gentleman and not too tech savvy. I really appreciated his help and patience.
