Receptionist is very very rude and unprofessional, and the Attorney Patrick Gamelin never responds to any voicemail sometimes is better to in person.
Horrible. First time around, they tried foreclosing on my condo AFTER I told them I was in the Mass Haf program, which was an assistance program for folks impacted by Covid. I had to contact the AG to step in, which was the only way I was finally able to resolve it. Pathetic. Second time around, they sent me a bill for a $900 fee for being late on HOA payments, without warning. I had already sent a check so I called them to discuss.
