It was a very nice visit. He is very polite, helpful and professional. I went to get my hearing check up and to get a recommendation for new hearing aid but he convinced me to keep the one that I had already for the last 3 years. Although this may have negatively impacted his business because he didn't charge anything for his time with me, which tells me that he has patients interest in mind rather than his own. I would go to him again when ever I need, since this was one of the nicest visit to any clinical settings. Thanks
My senior center provided a free screening where I was diagnosed with hearing loss and there was some pressure to get hearing aids. I appreciated the balanced assessment from Flynn Associates that while there was some hearing loss, hearing aids were still some ways away.
Paul does a fantastic job and is always ready to help if the hearing aid is not working perfectly.
