Went in thinking I needed new hearing aids. He took time with me, helped with accessories that would improve the quality of my existing devices. Did NOT try to upsell me, quieted my concerns and made me feel comfortable and like me needs, not a sale were his primary concerns. Client for life!
Paul was patient and listened to me explain what I needed. He was very helpful and carefully recalibrated my hearing aids. He fitted me with a much more comfortable, properly sized dome. What a difference! I can hear much better now.Thank you.
