Very service oriented firm, easy to work with
In returning for my annual follow-up visit, I found the same high level of professional and knowledgeable service that I have come to expect from Flynn Associates. My hearing aids are working well and providing an exceptional level of performance. As in the past, I was extremely satisfied and will continue to use there services in the future.
Went in thinking I needed new hearing aids. He took time with me, helped with accessories that would improve the quality of my existing devices. Did NOT try to upsell me, quieted my concerns and made me feel comfortable and like me needs, not a sale were his primary concerns. Client for life!
