This is the best flying j I’ve stopped at. There is plenty of parking here, the pump is clean and the front desk people are nice as well. There’s a front desk guy name”Chris”, he’s the most professional guy I’ve ever met at any truck stops. He’s friendly nice and kind. If you need something done with your truck or any help related to parking spots, he’s your guy.

I bought headphones for points that I collected for two months, I took the headphones, they do not connect to my phone and are very inconvenient for me, I went to them and asked if it was possible to change the headphones, they refused, I really regretted that I took these headphones, I will not fill up at Pilot anymore, I needed to fill up at other gas stations and collect points there.

They have 2 RV lanes which is really nice. BUT, their tanker trucks have to park directly across the exit/entrance to these lanes when unloading their fuel. Very poor planning. We would have used their regular auto pumps but they let 3 semi tractors park in the area where we had to turn around. There was no room to go between them and the pumps. Also they only have diesel available on the end pump We’re a gasser so we had to sit and wait for a long time in the blocked rv lane until the tanker unloaded. We weren’t the only on... read more
