One of the worst experience I had. We understand COVID related restrictions and restricted occupancy. The store associate was letting single people in line cut and move them in the front of the line. My husband, my daughter (2 year old) & I having waiting 30 plus minutes were told, that they can allow only 2 people inside and one of us would have to stay outside. their items are always changing which is so cool, it’s always worth a visit to see what gems you might come across. it is a very cute store and i always leave it feeling the same way that one feels after finishing a ghibli movie, and the staff is always so kind and ready to help. it truly is a wonderful shop where you could find some cute accessories or home decor or notebooks or toys!
Small store in Menlo Park Mall but has different stuff and almost every time we go in we end up buying something.
