Pam really helped me during a recent Feldenkrais session. After an hour of instruction, I could notice a huge change in my body's posture and more fluid motion. I then partiicipated in a Flexable riding session. Combining the two sessions was dramatic. I felt lightly, more fluid and stable in the saddle and my horse was very responsive to the changes. I highly recommend these sessions to anyone who would like to "reconnect" with their own body motion and to improve their riding.

Pam has helped me improve my foundation so much, going from insecurity to not just security but freedom and fluidity in movement and freedom from fear. And what she's trained me to do has stuck with me even if I have long periods without riding. I never lose it but keep moving forward.

Pam is an insightful and supportive instructor who is always working to learn ways to further assist her students. Her series of Feldenkrais floor exercises last winter was fabulous, and her attention to detail is evident in all that she does. She is dedicated to enhancing the horse/rider connection, and her humor and grace make the journey as pleasant as it is enlightening.
