I wish no stars was an option. Delayed flight arrived at 1am. We called. Waited more than half an hour and still no one had arrived to pick up my elderly mother in law. She called a couple more times. The guy hung up on her. I called and he hung up on me. He refused to give his name or provide an ETA on getting to the airport. I was actually going to ask if she could just uber over. But ya know. He couldn't be bothered to be a compassionate human being. What a miserable company with heartless employees.

As soon as we arrived the shuttle took us to the airport. Waited ten minutes for pick-up. Forgot our parking number, the driver happy enough to drive around the lot. And to end it all, we were gone for 8 days....and left the car unlocked. Nothing was touched or missing!
