There used to be a guy that used to work there and he ran the whole store by himself. I bought a motorcycle from there and he helped me get it registered and insured. He also helped me with any problem i came to him with and If he didn't have the piece he would say "give me a day or two". But these new guys don't want to do anything. I went there 4 different times with 4 different (simple) problems and he said no to me each time without even physically checking to see what's the problem. He dealt with me rudely and charged me more money than usual, and the problem has not been fixed yet. My advice is to go to another store other than this one.very bad people very bad
Terrible Experience Be Very Careful! I went to FLY E-BIKE on Westchester Ave to fix my bike. The prices they gave me were extremely high much more than what other shops charge. I later found out that another shop would have done the same repair for only $80, but here I was charged $250! It feels like they take advantage of customers who don’t know better.
