Never been here but Not very good customer service say there for nearly a half hour, no one even acknowledged me and instead just helped other patrons that came in after I been there…decided to go somewhere else.
I was handed down an electric scooter with no charger. I went to the store not knowing what kind of charger I needed. Juan, who works at the store was very helpful and got me the specific charger for my scooter. Although it was a bit pricier than the ones you can order from China. I was glad to pay it since I really needed one and I could have it without waiting for it. In the end, He also gave me a discount for paying cash. Good service, staff were very helpful.
