I bought the Celia B Pink Print Hope Dress and was really excited about it. After reading description of the dress online it said it ran TTS. This was not the case unfortunately. I wear a large but I got the xl just to give myself a little more room in the bust area. It won’t even button. No way is this tts. When you pay this much for a dress the sizing should be more accurate. The next size up is a 2xl but according to the size chart that would be way too big for me. I’m really sad because I loved this dress.
I received a gift from my daughter for Christmas and had to return it. I was told that an online purchase could not be given a store credit. The girl stayed on the phone to the warehouse for at least 20 minutes about the issue. I ended up leaving with nothing and my daughter getting a credit. The girl said try to get with your daughter and work it out. I believe this could have been handled differently. I left very disappointed. Thank you, Fly Boutique.
I ordered a dress for our newborn photos next week and was concerned it wouldn’t get here in time. I called CS and they quickly pulled my order and had it labeled for shipping within an hour. This was yesterday and my package is out for delivery today! So thankful!!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but Lexi was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and helpful while I was looking for a graduation dress. She took the time to show me several options and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. I really appreciated how patient and sweet she was throughout the whole process. Highly recommend asking for Lexi if you need help finding the perfect outfit! Give that girl a raise!🩷
Purchased a mardi gras dress online and it did not fit, they will not even offer store credit because “it’s a holiday item”. That was not disclosed in the items listing when i purchased it. Their size chart was not accurate and now i’m stuck with an item i can’t wear? Return policy is pathetic, they scam you into keeping your money basically.
