Purchased a mardi gras dress online and it did not fit, they will not even offer store credit because “it’s a holiday item”. That was not disclosed in the items listing when i purchased it. Their size chart was not accurate and now i’m stuck with an item i can’t wear? Return policy is pathetic, they scam you into keeping your money basically. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while but during there last give away event I met the minimum requirements to get a mystery prize but was never sent one. The prizes ranged in value and when I reached out I waited a while for a response, when they did get back to me they said I would get a 5$ credit. I never received it and when I reached back out instead of looking into it they said “it should be there” just really upsetting customer service .
Excellent small business, really friendly people and super fast shipping!
Customer service is definitely lacking. Called to see if they could check if one of their items was in stock at their Hattiesburg location. Employee stated “I can not do that. We are just too busy today to do that.” Incredibly rude and just unprofessional.
Very cute clothes but high prices. $75 for tshirt.
