Came in on July 3rd, the sale was amazing, the girls working were so sweet and so very friendly, and left with some great items!
Unfortunately this shop is a scam - I ordered a dress and paid extra for shipping protection and “free and easy returns.” When the dress came, the quality was shockingly awful. The material feels like the plastic from a camping tent. I tried to return it, but of course they have an automated system that automatically “rejects” the return. I bought the Celia B Pink Print Hope Dress and was really excited about it. After reading description of the dress online it said it ran TTS. This was not the case unfortunately. I wear a large but I got the xl just to give myself a little more room in the bust area. It won’t even button. No way is this tts. When you pay this much for a dress the sizing should be more accurate. The next size up is a 2xl but according to the size chart that would be way too big for me. I’m really sad because I loved this dress.
I received a gift from my daughter for Christmas and had to return it. I was told that an online purchase could not be given a store credit. The girl stayed on the phone to the warehouse for at least 20 minutes about the issue. I ended up leaving with nothing and my daughter getting a credit. The girl said try to get with your daughter and work it out. I believe this could have been handled differently. I left very disappointed. Thank you, Fly Boutique.
I ordered a dress for our newborn photos next week and was concerned it wouldn’t get here in time. I called CS and they quickly pulled my order and had it labeled for shipping within an hour. This was yesterday and my package is out for delivery today! So thankful!!
