I had a great experience coming into this bank. The staff was very helpful with a smile on their face and a pleasant greeting. The manager, Irene, went above and beyond helping me with my Banking needs. She was super knowledgeable with all the rates and gave me great business advice on how to best handle situations. I’m so grateful!
I was sent to Flushing Bank by my wife to make a deposit for her business and get some information we needed. I had never visited that branch/ bank before, But I instantly realized why my wife is always praising the bank and particularly Irene the Branch manager. I was amazed by the attentiveness of Irene and her professionalism. Glad that there's still places where your more than just another body walking through the door. Highly recommend visiting that branch and using them. There is still hope out there !!
