Do not go to this Bank when you try to go in to use your card you are threatened by security through security cameras to leave or they will call the police. This is a very bad place to go to. And the security is the worst. I'm sitting inside the store waiting for midnight to take my money out of my card I was harassed three times by security guard through the can of threatening me to leave the bank or he will call the police. The best brunch in New York! Every time I go there I have the best experience! Irene, the manager, has excellent knowledge about anything I need and is going above and beyond every time I ask something. When I work with her I know that my job will be well taking care of and it’ll be done. Last time I was there Pooja assisted me and she was very knowledgeable and nice. Asmae was the same helpful and nice. If you want to have good experience and you are in Astoria and surrounded areas I highly recommend them!

Vice President/Branch Manager, Irene Dimopoulos who is very knowledgeable and professional always fulfills my requests every time I go to the bank. Universal Banker Associate,Jay Zheng is always polite and helpful. Sudha Dhariwal who is a Premier Banker is very friendly and informative. The staff and especially Irene, the branch manager, are always extremely attentive and helpful. They go the extra mile to assist with your baking matters. I highly recommend the branch.
