My experience with Nathalie at Flushing Bank Astoria was wonderful. She was very kind, helpful and informative. Irene the branch manager was very attentive and took the time to talk with me. The overall interaction was pleasant. I would recommend everyone to come bank here. Nathalie, Irene and the staff genuinely care about their clients!
What a wise decision it was for my wife and I to open, both her law office account and personal accounts with this Flushing branch. Irene, Sudha, Asmah and Blill who is now retired, have always been a pleasure to deal with. Over the last ten years remain professional, very helpful when info is needed within deadlines. I've been with this bank for a long time and I can't recommend this bank enough! Sokratis went above and beyond to help not just with my banking needs but also any other problem I have regarding phone companies and payments I needed to do. Irene the branch manager has been so helpful all this time.
