It is a nightmare dealing with this bank. My mother past away leaving a checking account at FSB with just 1100.00 in it. I am the executor and received Letters from the Court appointing me. All the other banks where she had an account just issued checks to the Estate when I presented the Court Letters at the branch. FSB procedures are more complicated and require that all requests go through their legal division. Ever since I opened this account it has been a nightmare, one problem after another, I opened with them to get a lousy $100 bonus, but it has not been worth it. First due to spelling glitches and other things I couldn't log onto the website. This went on again after being able to log on and I had to go down there in person to get it fixed.
