I highly recommend this bank because of it's customer service from all the staff and especially the Branch Mgr,, Michael G. I had some complex banking and legal needs, and Michael took ownership and guided me thru till completion. Michael took the complex issues I had and helped me get resolutions quickly. Every time that I called to speak to someone over the phone there was no hold time, and no automated service where I needed to press 5 buttons before I could speak with a real person.
