Flushing Bank is a people's bank. Great customer service. Always putting the customer first and so accommodating to its customers. Especially particularly Noona Solomon who has always been professional and personable and a pleasure to have that attention having a personal banker. Definitely recommend.
I've banked at FSB for over 25 years and it's consistently a great experience. Last week I had an issue with a compromised card. I called to have my account frozen which they did immediately. The following day I went in to the Garden City branch and they assisted with determining whether I had any fraudulent charges and issuing a new card. The service was excellent, so kind and friendly and put me at ease. Love banking at FSB.
Flushing Bank Garden City is an excellent location for our banking services. We enjoy getting our banking done by Debbie. She is always friendly and accommodating. Her recommendation for different products are always welcomed suggestions, such as CDs and use of the app.
