Stuart has helped me for years with neck and shoulder pain associated with a job where I spend too much time at a desk, hunched and stressed. He is knowledgeable, helpful and really effective, and he always provides a comfortable and welcoming space for his clients; I can't recommend him highly enough!
I have been attending sessions with Stuart for a number of years and have full confidence in his knowledge and expertise. My sessions are mainly to help mobility but Stuart has helped me get back on my feet after two major operations. He has a friendly approach and I am pleased to recommend him.
