Editing my review to change from two stars to one due to the false claims from the owner that my toddler was "damaging" clothing. The owner enjoys criticizing customers and children and is very rude. Overpriced and don't allow refunds. I purchased two items there yesterday and tried to return for a refund when i found better prices at Carters. They refused a refund and would only do store exchange. This was not explained at time of purchase. Very frustrating! Will never shop there again. The return policy was not explained at checkout. The only thing that was pointed out was the Xmas item had to be returned by Xmas eve and the other item by Jan 10 if not satisfied. I was never told refunds were not available. This is my favourite store to shop for children's clothes and accessories! Love the staff- always so helpful, friendly and knowledgable!
I am a childless adult and I visit this store at least once a week for new Jellycat releases, and also to have a chat with the lovely ladies who work here! Juli is often behind the counter and greets everyone with a big smile, and she is so helpful when there is something specific I’m looking for. Overall a wonderful little shop for the young and young at heart!
