Always the best experience, customer service and atmosphere. The store is very clean and well organized.. I love that I'm greeted and acknowledged when I walk in, with offer to help - if I am there just tho browse they don't hover or keep asking, I love this! Sometimes when I'm out shopping it's because I was the quiet time and not feel rushed out the store. These guys give me that!! Thanks so much 🫶
We absolutely adore Ivy and her team at Fluffy Bottom Babies. We have shopped there for years and are always amazed by the friendly courteous service and how well they treat our family! It’s amazing to have a store that carries all of our favourite brands and we know how well her store and her merchandise is taken care of! Thank you for all that you do FBB team! Can’t wait to shop with you again!
Editing my review to change from two stars to one due to the false claims from the owner that my toddler was "damaging" clothing. The owner enjoys criticizing customers and children and is very rude. You'll go out of business soon. High prices, no returns, Carter's is better. Don't shop here. I am really conflicted writing this. Overpriced and don't allow refunds. I purchased two items there yesterday and tried to return for a refund when i found better prices at Carters. They refused a refund and would only do store exchange. This was not explained at time of purchase. Very frustrating! Will never shop there again. The return policy was not explained at checkout. The only thing that was pointed out was the Xmas item had to be returned by Xmas eve and the other item by Jan 10 if not satisfied. I was never told refunds were not available.
