This company bought my previous phone provider for my office. Nothing has gone right ever since. Extremely disappointed. If you are a small business owner please don’t make the mistake I did by signing a contract with this place.
FluentStream service is great, prices are reasonable, and the team is always so friendly!
I've been with them for several years and have always received quick and courteous support. Prices are comparable with other companies, maybe a tad lower than most actually. I like working with companies that make me feel like a vip client (even though I'm not ), and they always deliver that feel to me in spades!
Although I've been with them for many years, I've had issues for SEVERAL MONTHS! Their agents are polite and clueless. They've been contacted MANY, MANY times for the same issue---with the response-Now fixed. Just keeps getting worseStay away at all costs.
