I really don't have the time to write exactly what happened, but this company and also Optima Legal was a nightmare to deal with. I've never in my life come across so many emails, texts and calls from both companies, more so Fluent Money. Myself and my partner stressed out with the whole process and it was confusion all the way. Waiting days for call backs from Fluent Money and I had to keep repeating myself as I was talking to that many people. If I could give zero stars, I would. I really wish I had read the reviews before going ahead with Fluent Mortgages. After successfully obtaining several mortgages in the past with other providers, I can honestly say this was by far the worst experience. The process was painfully slow, disjointed, and completely lacking in communication. They clearly take on more clients than they can handle, and there seems to be a serious lack of staff capacity. Great company. They found me mortgage when my own bank fir over 15 years had told me that I couldn't afford mortgage. O will use them again.

Don’t use this broker. Felt harrassed across the whole process to complete a highly unnecessary amount of steps for a relatively small amount of money. The anount of phone calls, emails and texts received was horrendous - they they were definitely in a hurry to get their fee. I spoke to 2 staff members initially, who went through my credit history. Completely ghosted by Raul and after chasing him for over a month. Poor MoneySupermarket customers deserve much much better than this and I'll raise with the executive board because I work in financial services. He called me after this review was left but I already went to L&C by this stage who were excellent and did the deal.
