We love KinderCare so much & all the staff. They are extremely friendly & welcoming. My daughter loves going & always has so much. They do the cutest educational activities with with them as well.
This morning I was approached in the middle of the center being told that my child’s tuition was a week behind and he could not stay if I did not pay the tuition. I only had a $45 balance on the account and was waiting to pay full when I was charged for the full tuition. I had the money but it was not a problem because that was not a week behind. I sent and email and contacted the chat online but have yet to hear back from this location. If they can't be bothered to return calls to a potential customer how much can they possibly care about business as usual.
