Zoe is an excellent massage therapist offering a wide range of professional services. She is the best therapist I've been to and highly recommend her. She has really helped with my muscle and joint pain and stress level.

I was diagnosed with a "frozen" shoulder last spring, and after months of physical therapy it didn't show much improvement. I was given Kathy's number, and called her. She recommended, cupping. Now after a few sessions it is MUCH improved!
I am visiting family in Floyd and had some free time this morning. Since I was having neck and shoulder pain, I researched massage places in Floyd and found the Therapeutic and Wellness Center. Kathy was extremely intuitive. She did some wonderful acupressure to release the muscle spasms. I am so grateful and woukd highly recommend her.
