This guy, Floyd, claims to be a CPA and file the form 990 tax returns for non-profits. What a joke. I asked him to file ours and his only response 4 days later was 'unfortunately, we cannot work on this one'. I called his office and his receptionist put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. When I called back he was unavailable. Terrible service.
