Is there any reason to be rude to someone trying to pay there taxes. They will not return phone calls and do not have office equipment that normal offices should have. You may want to consider where are tax dollars are going when you vote the same people in, that don't want to do there jobs.

Terrible service from Floyd County Treasurer's Office for a New Albany resident. Received a confusing bill which had no phone number so I had to look up the Treasurer's office up the Internet to get it. I called the phone number and selected the Assessors office and after a long number of rings got a recorded voice giving the business hours and then hung up even thought it was 11:00 a.m. on a Tuesday.
