If you want to relax and escape the world around you and have peace and quiet in total darkness and fall asleep while floating in water. Well this is the place for you. Or even if you just want to focus on something concerning you and want to block everything else out, you can do it while also floating in warm water. The facility was clean and had a fresh decor. Staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. I had previously floated for 1 hour sessions in Ottawa. This was my first 90 min float and I must say I reached a different level of meditation than previously. When the music began I was genuinely surprised it was already over. The provided toiletries are pleasant to use and are natural. I purchased the introductory 3 float pack which essentially gives you a free float.
