Highly recommend Kai for any type of massage especially if you are experiencing pain or discomfort in a specific area. I have tightness in my neck and shoulder area and he was able to loosen up the muscles during my session. In addition he was able to relieve the discomfort I have with my pirformis muscle. Will definitely come back!
