I don't shop very often but am always greeted warmly and the staff (although young) seem to know their product. They aren't pushy, but are eager to help if I have any questions at all. They know their product and what questions to ask to be able to ascertain what it is this newbie is looking for. Thanks so much

Not much of a reviewer but this was place has sadly gone downhill… been coming here since day one with my wife. Staff are rude and arrogant and it wasn’t like that before. There’s a young lady at the cashier now that doesn’t have a shred of customer service experience or knowledge on products. Seemed to just want me out of the store, quickly. Meanwhile the store was empty. We will not be returning.
