Worst customer service I have ever had in a florist. I arrived with my wheelchair user mum to buy a wreath. The man behind the counter was more interested in the model he was building. When he finally did find out what we wanted he appeared to not have much knowledge about what to do. He also kept speaking to me and not my mum. Needless to say we walked out and went elsewhere.
I've been using this wonderful, family run business for years. No matter what the occasion, every time I've been fantastically impressed. Personable and willing to help this is how a great family business should be run. Amazing range of flowers and unbeatable value for money. Thanks for another beautiful bouquet yesterday guys and see you again soon. Very highly recommended.
