Great small business to do your taxes with. My tax preparer, is Penny. she always does an amazing job and make sure I understand the complete breakdown of my tax return each and every year. I feel very confident using their service and have never had any issues.
After years of using Flower City was shocked and extremely disappointed last year. My husband and I knew we were going to have to pay that wasn’t the issue we just never have had to pay and did not understand the process. After our taxes were processed we did not have correct paperwork (We did not know at time) Not only was the person who answered the phone rude she was extremely unhelpful .we pay a lot of money for their services every year.
